Being a main contractor for interior projects is our focus. Apparently, our responsibility is to work with the designer to deliver the project precisely within the budget and timeframe. From our experience, no project is perfectly smooth and challenges are always there. Our value is to foresee any technical issues/contradiction at an early stage and tackle them in advance. During the construction stage, once we spot any problem arising from site constraint etc., our normal practice is to promptly report such issues to the designer and propose various measures to resolve the problems. In addition, we are able to work with the designer to fine-tune their design in order to give the best possible result to the client. The fine-tuned and finalized detail will be reflected in our shop drawing for approval and at a later stage, as-built drawing will be provided to record the final version of the project.

Beside technical issue, project management is also essential to ensure the project completes within time and budget. Scheduling at an early stage is important to help us to manage all parties and keep track of a project. Hence, the programme and progress report are very helpful for this purpose.
